You can place an Upgrade/Downgrade order for any of your service from client area. If you do not know how to log in to client area, please follow these instructions:
- Once you logged in, click on the Services tile.
- It will display all of your services with us. Click on the Active button of your desired service.
- Now, on the left hand menu under the heading Actions, select Upgrade/Downgrade option to place an upgrade/downgrade order.
- It will display the higher plans to which you can upgrade/downgrade your existing one. Click on Choose Product button of the service to which you want to upgrade your existing plan.
- Kindly verify the differential amount, select the payment method and click on Click to Continue button
- You have done with the order. Now, kindly make the payment and update us, so that we can proceed with processing your order.
